Nieto and Arvind Patel represent one of 3 returning teams from the Fall 2013 Tournament. Its hard to classify if their 2013 campaign was a success or not. The pair did lock up the 4th playoff position, however, they do so with a meager 1-3 record in round-robin play. A 2-0 semi-final loss to eventual tournament champions The Dewskis ended their chances. Benchwarmers only win came against the lifeless Bald by Choice, by the count of 9-0. That one game would account for 9 of the 10 runs they scored all day, in 5 games, not pretty. They were, however, competitive in every game they played, never losing by more than 2 runs and never giving up more than 3 in any game. Both players are hoping that spring not only wakes up nature, but their bats as well, as they battle to once again make the final four.
